PRE-LITIGATION ASSOCIATE SERVING LOS ANGELES
Ashley Yaghoobian is a pre-litigation associate at Omega Law Group. Prior to joining Omega, she worked at a large personal injury firm where she gained invaluable experience drafting demand packages, negotiating and settling hundreds of cases for top value. She comes to Omega with a critical understanding of the pre-suit process, from valuing the case to resolution.
EDUCATION AND ACHIEVEMENTS
Ashley received her Bachelors degree with High Distinction from the University of California, Berkeley. In her last semester, she was accepted into a Legal Studies Honors program in Barcelona, Spain. Then, Ashley received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School where she was recognized as a merit scholar and served as a law clerk for the Honorable Barry Russell at the US Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
Previously, Ashley combatted hate speech across college campuses while working for a non- profit. Additionally, she worked directly under general counsel for the largest family-owned bottled water company in the United States. Ashley also worked in civil litigation where she focused on First Amendment rights, homelessness and police brutality.
At Omega Law Group, Ashley is committed to fighting for her clients despite whatever obstacles are in her way. She prides herself on building trust and communication with each and every one of her clients with the end goal of obtaining the maximum settlement.
During her spare time, Ashley enjoys learning new languages, traveling, yoga and spending time with her family.
