PERSONAL INJURY ATTORNEY SERVING LOS ANGELES
Sara Rodriguez is a compassionate advocate who loves standing up for the rights of injured individuals. Sara offers clients sound legal advice and personalized attention in each case. She believes that only through personal attention can a lawyer build trust with the client, understand the client’s loss, and empathize with the client’s personal story. She is committed to providing clients with open and constant communication to always keep them informed and at ease. When litigating cases, Sara has one goal in mind: to hold wrongdoers accountable and to deliver justice for her clients and their families.
While attending law school, Sara was the Alumni Chair for Southwestern Law School’s Trial Advocacy Honors Program where she competed in several trial competitions. Most notably, Sara was a finalist in the California Labor and Employment Law Competition where she beat teams from some of the best law schools in the country. Sara also received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award which is only given to the highest scoring student in each law school class. During her time at Southwestern, Sara also was selected to extern for the Honorable Judge Dean Pregerson with the United States District Court, Central District, where she gained incredible insight as to how matters are approached behind the bench. After graduating from law school, Sara continued to sharpen her trials skills and was selected to be a part of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates Fellowship, giving her insight as to all aspects of the litigation process.
Before advocating for the injured, Sara was a civil litigation defense attorney at a national law firm. She successfully defended, represented, and advised corporate entities and some of the nation’s largest insurance companies on various matters involving risk for exposure and liability. Now, Sara uses her unique defense background and experience to protect the interests and rights of those who have been harmed and seriously injured.
Outside of the courtroom, Sara enjoys spending time with her family and five dogs, cooking, and hiking.
