SHANNON M. POPOVICH

Background and Experience:

Shannon Popovich is a litigation associate at Omega Law Group. Shannon is passionate about litigation and has represented countless individuals and companies as part of her practice. She is an accomplished trial lawyer with extensive courtroom experience. Shannon’s practice focuses on civil litigation, including general liability, personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, and premises liability. Prior to joining Omega Law Group, Shannon worked at a civil litigation defense firm where she represented companies, both large and small, along with private individuals. She holds valuable insight into how insurance companies operate and regularly uses this knowledge to gain the best results possible for her clients.

Education And Achievements:

Shannon is a local to Southern California, growing up in both San Diego and Los Angeles. Shannon obtained her Bachelors Degree in English from University of California, Los Angeles. After graduating from UCLA, she attended Pepperdine University School of Law where she was a Dean’s Scholar. During law school, Shannon worked for a federal judge where she learned the ins-and-outs of a courtroom behind the judge’s chair. Shannon additionally was an editor for Pepperdine Law Review and worked pro-bono for minor students with disabilities.

Shannon has touched all aspects of litigation, including trial, motion practice, oral advocacy, and negotiations. She believes that law practice involves being both a skilled litigator and developing relationships with her clients. In her free time, Shannon enjoys yoga, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and going on runs with her husky, Indi.
